Happy Birthday Teapigs!
Can you believe it, they are celebrating turning 10 this year. I love Teapigs as a brand, not only is everything ethnically sourced but their teas taste EXACTLY how they smell. That my friend, is rare in the world of fruit teas. I wrote a post for them last year and I have been hooked on the Peppermint Leaves flavour since, no other brand seems to compare. As a special treat they have released a party favourite of both children and adults alike - Jelly & Ice Cream tea! I can't tell you how excited I was when I saw it, not to mention the packaging is pink AND has a party hat on it.
"In 2006 the IPhone didn't exist, the Kardashians were not a (big) thing, nobody #HASHTAGGED anything, people asked directions, smoking in pubs happened, Lance Armstrong was liked, Desperate Housewives ruled our lives, Woolworths pick'n'mix ruled our kids lives, avocados were not cool and Teapigs was launched. We celebrate 10 years of great quality tea with this blend of strawberry jelly and ice cream tea. Grab a mug and raise a Birthday toast to Teapigs!"
Drinking this tea gives me such a comforting nostalgic feeling. It's actually very addictive, I have to stop myself from drinking numerous cups a day or I'm going to run out too fast, it's that good. Made from a blend of apple, strawberry, blueberry, natural vanilla and biscuit flavouring you can just imagine how tasty it is. To top that, it's just 1 calorie a cup and suitable for vegan, gluten and dairy free diets.
One of my favourite things about Teapigs is that they package their high quality teas in temples, made from biodegrade mesh. You can see that the ingredients are all real pieces rather than dust you generally find in the regular teabags.
Teapigs now have 28 different teas in their range, I don't drink a lot of caffeine these days so I like the herbal and fruit teas! Jelly and Ice Cream is a limited edition flavour so if you want to try it don't wait to long, who knows when it will be gone.
You can buy it exclusively from Teapigs.co.uk, £5.99 for 15 temples.
Until Next Time xo
