The best thing about summer is all the tropical vibes! I love coconut, fruity scents when the weather hots up and Bomb Cosmetics spring/summer collection doesn't disappoint! When I arrived home to find a parcel on my doormat I could smell it through the box, I was so excited.
I think I've got the perfect selection of summer ready bath bits and i'm going to go through what the lovely Tara from Bomb Cosmetics HQ sent me to try. If you love pina coladas and getting caught in the rain (sorry - I just cant help myself!) then your definitely going to like these bits.
You're One Fine-apple Blaster Cards - £4.99 These fun, quirky cards are the perfect gift for a friend, colleague or family member. It's basically a card and present in one! Perfectly pineapple scented with a hint of mandarin and bergamot. I would love to receive one of these and better yet you can send them in the post, I sent one at Christmas and it got their fine. There's a huge selection so one for every occasion.
You're One Fine-apple Bath Blaster - £2.99 Sticking with the pineapple theme is one of the blasters, which is packed full of biodegradable glitter (you can read their post about it to find out more information!) and smells absolutely delightful. It's the same scent as the blaster card but looks a tiny bit cuter with the pineapple plaque.
Grapefruit And Nectarine Body Scrub 365ml £7.99 - If you love a body scrub you need to try this. It's a sugar and oil based consistency which is the best kind. The coarse sugar offers the right amount of exfoliation whilst the oil helps to soothe the skin. The grapefruit and nectarine scent is just right, a perfect balance of both. Sometimes grapefruit can be very overpowering but I can smell the nectarine in there too. I must admit I also really like the packaging, so cute.
Passionista Shower Gel 300ml - £7.99 This shower gel is the same scent as the scrub, but in this super fun flamingo print. I would buy it for this alone if i'm honest. It lathers up really well and I even used it in the bath the other day and it made rather impressive bubbles. Although this is the same scent as the scrub, I think it smells alot like fruit salad sweets!
Heard It Through The Grapefruit £2.99 - ha, I do love a pun. I could be wrong about this but i'm sure Bomb Cosmetics started off by just making handmade soaps. There always such fun designs and smell amazing, not to mention lather up really well. I tend to use mine as hand soaps as they look so good in a soap dish on the sink! To nice to hide away. The grapefruit definitely comes through and is alot sharper in the soap, but it leaves the scent on your hands for ages after.
Looking Sharp Bath Mallow £2.99 - This little mallow is so on tread. I was worried cacti weren't going to be back in again this year but they are! Along with flamingos, pineapple and watermelons. Hurrah! I think the mallows are my favourate, although they don't have the frizz factor but they leave your skin really soft, whilst also making the bath feel milky and indulgent. It's an unusual scent, packed full of patchouli and gold of pleasure oil (wild flax!)
Flamingoals Bath Mallows £2.99 - Another mallow but this time with a little flamingo on! A nice orange scent with a hint of sage. I'm a big fan of the colours too.
Flock Star Blaster £2.99 - Last but not least, the matching bath blaster. You could use both together to get the wow factor, a brightly coloured bath with all the moisturising properties. The scents aren't the same though, Flock Star smells of rose and geranium but they would definitely compliment each other. In fact you could use the shower gel too and go full on flamingo!
